Karen has been a resident of the Bay Area since 1994, where she raised 3 daughters in the Clear Creek School District. She has managed a dental practice for 19 years but feels her greatest accomplishment has been being a wife, mother and grandmother. While she enjoyed her time in the office tending to patient and employee needs, real estate remained a passion in her private life. She owned and managed multiple rental properties and has worked with several real estate investors. Winston accomplished his lifelong dream of living on the beach back in 2003 when he moved to Galveston. He graduated from Texas A&M University at Galveston and began working in his community as a historic restoration contractor. He has invested in the community buying and restoring homes in Galveston. He has personal experience with short term vacation rentals, long term rentals, flipping homes, and finding forever homes. He will be in Galveston until his children (3 & 6 yo) have a family of their own, unless he can convince them to stay!

You may see Winston out in the surf, or cruising his bike on the seawall and through historic neighborhoods with his family. When he is not on the beach, or working on restoring his own historic Galveston home, he enjoys road trips with friends and family, and trail riding in Houston’s own national forest.
