As a native Houstonian, Chelsea brings market knowledge and resourcefulness to every real estate transaction. She prides herself in bringing competition, compassion and strong work ethic to the table to
ensure her clients are well cared for. Chelsea also utilizes her skills as a former teacher to ensure her clients are well-informed and confident when making decisions.

Chelsea graduated from Pasadena Memorial High School and moved to College Station to attend Texas A&M University. There, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Leadership and Development and a Master’s
Degree in Agricultural Development. She lived in College Station for seven years and worked in the real estate industry for two years. She is a great Brazos Valley connection!

Chelsea is married to her high school sweetheart, Zach, who is a Houston Police Officer. Together, they have two daughters and two rescue dogs. She and her family reside in League City and are members of
Friendswood United Methodist Church where she is involved in the Bright Beginnings Early Learning Program.
